Raspberry ketone is a chemical from red raspberries (Rubus idaeus). It is most commonly used for weight loss and
obesity. It is also used to increase lean body mass. Some people apply raspberry ketone to the scalp to improve hair
growth.
Raspberry ketone is also used in foods, cosmetics, and other manufacturing as a fragrance or flavoring agent.

SUGGESTED USE: Results may vary with each individual. Adults over 17 take 1 or 2 capsules 30 minutes before breakfast and/or exercise with 8-12 oz of water. If additional appetite control or energy is desired take 1 or 2 capsules 30 minutes before lunch or in early afternoon. Do not take your last capsule within 7 hours of going to sleep as sleep may be impaired. Do not exceed 4 capsules daily.
